Ben is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with over 18 years of professional experience — including more than 14 years in leadership across the military, faith-based organisations, and the financial services sector.
His experience spans developing leaders, mentoring teams, improving organisational performance, and leading within highly regulated environments. Ben combines practical leadership experience with proven Maxwell Leadership principles to help individuals and organisations achieve sustainable growth and impact.
